Chair Kumiega opened the meeting and declared a quorum at 5:10 p.m.

4. Approval of the Agenda
Motion by Greenlaw, second by Cormier, to approve the agenda as written. Vote: 4 Yes; 0 No.
5. ACTION ITEMS
A. Personnel Nominations
1. Webster nominated Marc Fink for a probationary contract as a technology integration specialist at a salary of $39,881. Motion by Greenlaw, second by Adams, to approve a probationary contract at a salary of $39,881 with Marc Fink for 2006-07. Vote: 4 Yes; 0 No.
2. Webster recommended Amy Billings for employment as a custodian at the rate of $12.05 per hour. Motion by Greenlaw, second by Adams, to approve a probationary employment agreement with Amy Billings at $12.05 per hour for 2006-07. Vote: 4 Yes; 0 No.
3. Webster recommended Steve Chesney for employment as varsity girls soccer coach at the rate of $6.50 per hour up to a total compensation of $2,450. Motion by Greenlaw, second by Adams, to approve the employment of Steve Chesney as varsity girls soccer coach for 2006-07. Vote: 4 Yes; 0 No.
7. Adjournment
Motion by Greenlaw, second by Adams, to adjourn the meeting at 5:25 p.m. Vote: 4 yes; 0 no.
