Call
to Order/Quorum
Chairman
Kumiega opened the meeting and declared a quorum at 6:47 p.m.
2. Moment of Silence
A moment
of silence was observed.
3. CitizenŐs Comments
There
were no citizen comments
4. Approval of the Agenda
Motion by Eaton, second by
Cormier, to approve the agenda as presented. Vote: 4 Yes; 0 No.
5.
EXECUTIVE SESSION Motion by Eaton,
second by Adams, to enter executive session for review of probationary teacher
evaluations. Vote: 4 Yes; 0 No. Participants were Adams,
Cormier, Eaton, Kumiega, Ring, Wendell, Lehto, Grant, Greene and Webster. The
school committee returned to regular session at 8:03 p.m.
6. ACTION ITEMS
A. Probationary Teacher Contracts
Motion by Eaton, second by
Cormier, to approve second year probationary contracts for Lee Lehto, Keith
Hoover, Mark Barry, Tamara Wolff, Amy Grant, Nancy Greene, Georgia Pashley, and
Billy Voisine for the 2004-05 school year. Vote: 4 Yes; 0 No.
B. Continuing Teacher Contract
Motion by Eaton, second by
Adams, to approve a first continuing contract for Ken Lantz for the 2004-05
school year. Vote: 4 Yes; 0 No.

Adjournment
Motion by Eaton, second by Adams, to adjourn the
meeting at 8:13 p.m. Vote: 4 yes; 0 no.
